Limitation of Liability
In no event shall the Platform Owner be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits or revenues, business interruption, loss of business opportunities, data loss, or other economic loss. Whether in contract, tort, negligence, warranty, or otherwise, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim, or Rupees One Hundred (Rs. 100), whichever is less.
Force Majeure
Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be held liable for any failure to perform their obligations under these Terms if such performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in West Delhi.
